How To Order

Before contacting
us please feel free to browse the homepage and become familiar with where
everything is located.

To find a specified
ink cartridge or toner cartridge proceed to the 'Select Your printer'
drop-down menus by selecting the printer brand and printer model.

|

Alternatively, you
may find it easier to browse a particular category or a
certain manufacturer.
For your convenience we also have a 'popular lines'
menu which is a fast track of what most of our customers need - feel free
to browse here for quick and easy ordering.

A list of products
should be displayed on the results page.
We encourage you to browse
through the results and click on the product title/image for a larger view
of the item.
Often, additional information regarding the product will be
available.

Once you have your
desired item proceed to select the amount you want by amending 'Add Qty'
which is located to the far right of screen followed by Click on 'Buy' to purchase
the item.
If you are viewing the image enlargement, you can order by
proceeding with 'Add Qty' and clicking on the 'Buy' button.
This can be
done on the results page or on the enlargement view of the item

Once you click on
'Buy' a basket page will appear. Delivery costs and
options will be disclosed.
If you make a mistake on the quantity desired,
you can change it by amending 'Quantity' on the left of screen and
clicking on 'Update Quantity'

If you wish to
checkout at this point you may proceed with clicking on 'Checkout'.
Alternatively, you
may wish to purchase more goods by clicking on 'Continue Shopping'
|
|
If you are a new
customer you will need to fill out the registration form. This will only
take about 2 minutes. Please note fields marked with * are compulsory.

If you are an
existing customer please login with your login email address and password
located on the top section of the page and click 'Continue'

|
|
Once the order is
confirmed a page will appear with the breakdown of total items, costs,
shipping information & redemption of gift vouchers.
If you need to put in additional comments for delivery please do so
under the 'Customer Comments' section.
Click on 'Finalise
Order' for a list of payment options.
Select one of the payment
options to proceed with order confirmation.
For express delivery, click on
the 'Shipment' drop down menu.
To redeem gift vouchers click on 'Redeem
Gift Voucher'.

Options for payment will appear.
We accept
credit cards (online, fax or phone), money order or direct deposit.

For credit card
payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express. Please fill
in the details shown and click on 'Submit'.

For direct deposit
payments: Our banking information will be displayed once you select this
method of payment
|
|
Order confirmation
will appear with an order number. Please note that this confirmation will
be emailed to you.
As a double-checking mechanism, please print this page
or write down your order number.

To print your invoice, please have your login (email
address) and password handy. Click
here to be diverted to the transaction history login and fill out the
form as shown below

Once logged in, proceed to print your invoice as shown
below.
