Stationery Products - Delivered Australia wide within 2-4 working days.
Furniture Products - Delivery times vary depending on your location. Normally 7-10 working days.

• Your order of in-stock items will be dispatched complete, usually the same day you order.
• Note - We distribute from warehouses in NSW, VIC, QLD, and WA - you may receive your items in multiple deliveries depending on stock levels.
• All goods listed on the website are normally stocked - if there is any stock issue, you will be contacted immediately and notified.
• We CAN ship to your PO Box; All orders are normally shipped through Australian Air Express, Couriers Please, or many of our other certified couriers.

Costs of Delivery

Stationery Products
FREE DELIVERY for stationery related orders over $65 (a nominal handling fee of $2.95 applies)*

You have THREE OPTIONS to choose from:

1) Orders over $65 Receive FREE DELIVERY.
A nominal handling fee of $2.95 applies.

2) Orders under $65 - Flat Rate Freight Charge of $7.95 applies.

3) Priority Shipment - For URGENT Orders a flat rate of $15.95 applies.
We'll prioritise your order to make sure you receive it as quickly as possible.
You'll normally receive the goods 'overnight' depending on the time you place your order and current stock levels.

Technology Items
Rates will apply as above, however due to item size, there may be an associated handling charge which you will find listed with the item.

Furniture and Oversize Items
Being a 'big' and 'bulky' item, furniture items will carry an additional freight charge. This will be calculated once your order has been placed taking into account the order
size and your delivery location - you will be notified of your final freight cost within 24 hours of placing your order. 
Please note that all furniture items come flat packed to minimise these charges as much as possible.

Heavy Items - Additional Freight
Please note that some items may incur an additional freight charge due to their size and weight.
Normally items of this nature will be categorised as 'oversize' or 'additional freight'. In these cases we will contact you with the final freight costs once the order has been placed.
